WP raised $8.5 million between December 17, 2014 and June 15, 2015 for the Sierra Developments Inc. Balmoral Project:
This project is located in the east hills area in the City of Red Deer, Alberta, and is within the East Hills Master Area Structured Plan (the “MAS Plan“). The MAS Plan was approved in June of 2013 by the City of Red Deer for future residential development. The location of the Land within the MAS Plan is west and with some portions north of the Balmoral Golf Course. The parcels constituting the Land are contiguous and in total constitute 299.49 gross acres of Land.
